Do you build with composite or wood?
We install composite decking and railing, such as Trex, on treated lumber framing. If you have another material in mind, ask at your estimate.
Can my new deck be bigger than the old one?
Yes. We can extend the footprint, for example to make room for a pergola, and the final size is spelled out on your estimate.
How is a deck estimate laid out?
Lumber, hardware, decking, railing, labor and removal each get their own line, so you see exactly where the money goes.
